About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to join Flow's Real Estate Investments team. This role offers immediate high-level responsibility and visibility within the organization. The analyst will work closely with senior team members to develop and maintain asset-level financial models, prepare internal and external reports, and oversee ongoing portfolio activities. Additionally, the position involves supporting due diligence and underwriting efforts for new multifamily acquisitions, as well as managing existing assets to optimize investment returns. This role is vital to the success of Flow's investment strategies, providing analytical support and strategic insights to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in real estate private equity, real estate finance, brokerage, or quantitative analytics.
- Prior experience with fund modeling is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analytical techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed property-level financial models and analyses to support investment decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive analysis and presentation materials for internal working groups, aiding in the development of asset strategies for the firm’s active portfolio.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative due diligence on potential new investment opportunities, including financial, market, and operational assessments.
- Assist in the preparation of investment committee memorandums, outlining investment rationale and supporting documentation for key decisions.
- Analyze market data and research to produce market activity reports that summarize trends and key data points in target investment markets.
- Support cross-functional communication and project execution with Flow’s operational teams to ensure seamless integration of investment activities.
- Participate in ongoing portfolio management efforts to maximize asset performance and identify value-add opportunities.

Benefits
Flow offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
