About the Role
We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support Flow’s Real Estate Investments function. This role will immediately have a high level of responsibility and visibility. This analyst will liaise closely with senior team members in creating and maintaining asset level models, internal/external reporting, and administration of ongoing portfolio activity. The Senior Analyst is also expected to support Flow’s Investments function by way of supporting due-diligence and underwriting efforts for new multifamily acquisitions, in addition to supporting management of the existing portfolio to maximize investment performance. The Real Estate Analyst will be an integral part of the team’s success.

Responsibilities
- Create/maintain property-level models and analysis
- Prepare analysis and materials for internal working group meetings to support asset strategy for the firm’s active portfolio
- Perform qualitative and quantitative business, financial, and other due diligence in conjunction with potential new investment opportunities
- Support preparation of investment committee memorandums describing potential new investments and rationale for key decisions on active portfolio
- Analyze market data/research and produce market activity reports to summarize key data in the firm’s active and target investment markets
- Support cross-functional communication and project execution with Flow’s operational team

Ideal Background
- BA/BS required
- 2+ years of applicable professional experience in real estate private equity, real estate related finance, real estate brokerage, or quantitative analytics role
- Prior fund modeling experience not required but highly preferred
- Strong modeling and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
Salary
$85,000 - $115,000 a year
