Join a specialist real estate finance team supporting residential and commercial lending across the Channel Islands and UK.
This varied role offers exposure to new transactions, portfolio management and lending for family offices, property developers and investors. You will be a professional based in Guernsey / Jersey or London, UK.

- Build debt cash flow, pricing, scenario and sensitivity models.
- Analyse new deals, sponsors, guarantors and property due diligence.
- Prepare term sheets, credit papers and transaction presentations.
- Support drawdowns, annual reviews, legal documentation, covenants and portfolio management.
You’ll bring strong financial modelling, numeracy and analytical skills, alongside excellent organisation and communication. Real estate finance, valuation, credit or loan documentation experience is beneficial.
