Mackie Myers has partnered with a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions to appoint a Real Estate Analyst. Operating a national portfolio of premium locations, the business has established itself as a key player within the UK flexible office market and is entering an exciting new phase of growth following recent private equity investment.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded analyst to join a high-growth, multi-site business and play a key role in evaluating and supporting new location opportunities. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Real Estate, Finance and Operations, you will help assess potential investments, build business cases and provide insight to support strategic property decisions.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of new site acquisitions, from initial market research and financial modelling through to negotiations and operational implementation. The position offers a unique blend of commercial finance, real estate and business partnering experience within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Main Duties
- Support the evaluation of new business and location opportunities through detailed financial modelling and commercial analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of investment appraisals and business cases for senior leadership review.
- Conduct market research and identify potential growth opportunities across the UK property market.
- Analyse historic performance, market trends, revenues and costs to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop relationships with external stakeholders, including property agents and advisors.
- Support site assessments and contribute to the commercial evaluation of prospective locations.
- Assist with negotiations and provide analytical insight on proposed commercial terms.
- Partner with operational teams to assess space utilisation, efficiency and financial returns.
- Produce clear, insightful presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate
- Experience within commercial real estate, property, flexible workspace, or a similar multi-site environment.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret financial and operational data to support commercial decisions.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of key deliverables.
