Role Overview
My London based real estate client is looking for a Application Support/Systems Administrator that will provide technical support across the organisation’s systems and applications, acting as an escalation point for complex issues as well as solving user problems. This role requires a strong product and systems expertise, clear communication skills, and close collaboration with internal teams, developers, and clients. The successful candidate will work within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) solving issues and play an active role in system testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support across the organisation’s systems and applications
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues as well as solving user problems
- Work within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) solving issues
- Play an active role in system testing, documentation, and continuous improvement
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
- Experience working to defined SLAs in a customer-focused environment
- Experience using HubSpot and other operational/support systems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting testing activities and contributing to clear, accurate, and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in user set-up
- Experience in Access Matrix

Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience working in an agile and matrixed environment with external development teams
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks
- Exposure to system integrations, SaaS platforms, or cloud-based environments
