Job Description
Astra Asset Management is looking for a driven and analytical individual to join its team in London.
The role will provide exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from evaluating and executing new acquisitions through to actively managing existing assets and delivering business plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse new real estate investment opportunities, including financial modelling, market research, and comparable analysis.
- Support acquisitions, financing, due diligence, and transaction execution.
- Prepare investment committee materials and internal recommendations.
- Monitor asset performance against underwriting and business plans.
- Work with leasing agents, property managers, lenders, and other advisers.
- Assist with leasing, refurbishment, capex programmes, and other value enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain asset-level financial models, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor financing covenants, valuations, lease events, and key portfolio deadlines.
- Assist with refinancing and disposal processes.
- Prepare regular portfolio and investor reporting.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate should have strong financial and Excel skills, good commercial judgement, and a genuine interest in real estate investing. Previous experience in real estate investment, asset management, investment banking, private equity, lending, or a related field would be advantageous.
