About Oxygen Asset Management
Oxygen Asset Management is a niche London-based real estate investment and asset management business focused on creating value through active asset management, development and investment strategies across the Central London commercial property market. The business has approximately £3.3bn of assets under management.
We work closely with investors, occupiers, consultants and development partners to identify opportunities and deliver best-in-class real estate projects.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical and commercially minded Real Estate Asset Manager to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on asset manager and is focused on supporting the asset management team on initiatives across the existing portfolio of central London office assets. The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the team across asset management initiatives.
The role would suit someone with a good level of understanding of commercial real estate and proactive approach to managing assets, external advisors and key project workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
The role will involve supporting the asset management team with:
Asset Management
- Supporting the implementation of asset management strategies identified in business plans, including leasing, capital expenditure, rent reviews, lease renewals, assignments, surrenders, dilapidations and disposals.
- Working with external advisors including leasing agents, managing agents, solicitors, planning consultants, project managers, architects and contractors.
- Supporting leasing initiatives, occupier engagement and tenant negotiations.
- Assisting with refurbishment, repositioning and development projects.
- Liaising with JV partners, lenders, occupiers and external stakeholders where required.
- Monitoring asset performance against business plan objectives.
- Financial modelling for asset management opportunities.
- Preparing updates for investors, clients, investment committees and board meetings.
- Coordinating project workstreams and ensuring key deadlines are met.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong academic credentials, ideally with a Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related degree.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of commercial real estate investment and asset management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence working with external advisors, consultants and project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially focused.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to prepare clear, concise reporting materials.
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
- RICS qualified with three to seven years’ experience.

Experience
- Prior experience in real estate investment, asset management, development, valuation, agency, advisory or a related commercial property role would be preferred.
- Experience working on Central London commercial property would be advantageous.
