The Role
A rapidly growing Scottish firm is seeking a talented Associate (4+ PQE) to join its L500 ranked, award-winning Real Estate team in the heart of Edinburgh.
As the Scottish legal market continues to evolve, this firm is setting the pace within the Real Estate sector, offering a platform for ambitious lawyers looking to take the next step in their career.

The Work
- Assist on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
- Draft and negotiate contracts and ancillary documentation
- Review property titles and leases, preparing detailed client reports
- Support on development agreements and property management matters
- Act for a diverse client base including developers, investors, corporates, and HNW individuals
- Maintain regular client contact, delivering clear and pragmatic advice
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm on complex matters
- Support business development initiatives and client relationship building
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the overall team's development
Your Experience
- Scottish Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 4+ years PQE
- Experience handling commercial property matters
- Strong drafting skills with a commercial mindset
- Confident communicator with good client-care skills
- Organised, proactive, and keen to take ownership of work
- Interest in developing long-term client relationships and progressing within a growing team
