The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an Associate with 1-3 years’ PQE to join a market-leading Commercial Real Estate team. The team handles a broad spectrum of property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, investment transactions, and landlord and tenant issues for high-profile clients, major estates, and private investors. You will manage your own caseload of smaller transactions with significant autonomy while assisting partners on complex and high-value deals.

What They’re Looking For
- A qualified solicitor with approximately 1-3 years’ PQE in commercial property
- Strong landlord and tenant experience with exposure to investment and development transactions
- Excellent technical and drafting skills with an eye for detail
- A proactive, solutions-orientated individual who enjoys client interaction
- Ability to manage multiple files and deliver under tight deadlines
