The Role
You will join a Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked Real Estate team in Manchester, handling a varied caseload spanning major retail, mixed use and office developments, property financing, commercial landlord and tenant matters, portfolio acquisitions and disposals and corporate support work for an impressive roster of institutional investors, funds and major developers.

At this level the focus shifts from supporting transactions to running them, from heads of terms through to completion, and you will be given the scope to make that step properly with strong support behind you throughout.
Your work will also extend to alternative asset classes including student accommodation, hotels, leisure and PRS, with genuine encouragement to build client relationships, contribute to business development and shape the direction your career takes within one of the strongest Real Estate platforms in the country.
