Senior Associate / Principal Associate – Commercial Property

We are currently working with a highly regarded law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Associate or Principal Associate to join its Commercial Property team in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property solicitor looking to take the next step in their career within a strong and commercially focused team, with the opportunity to take ownership of their own matters and develop their client relationships.
The successful candidate will ideally have strong experience across a broad range of commercial property work, with particular expertise in:

You will be given the opportunity to run your own matters and take responsibility for client relationships, while working alongside experienced colleagues on a varied and high-quality caseload.
This role would suit a commercially minded solicitor who is technically strong, confident dealing directly with clients, and looking for a platform that offers genuine responsibility and continued professional development.
