I'm working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to appoint a Real Estate Associate to join its expanding Commercial Property team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to work on high-quality real estate matters within a supportive and collaborative team.
The role includes:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences and property management matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating property documentation, including:
- Leases
- Agreements for lease
- Sale contracts
- Title reports
- Deeds of variation
- Ancillary documents
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions.
- Conducting due diligence and liaising directly with clients.
