Real Estate Associate - Birmingham
Hunter Savage is hiring on behalf of a leading UK legal practice to appoint a Real Estate Associate into its residential development team. This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist practice advising on complex land acquisitions and development matters for major housebuilders and developers.

The Opportunity
This Real Estate Associate position provides a broad practice spanning residential development, land acquisition and strategic land projects. The successful candidate will support national and regional housebuilders, specialist developers, promoters and institutional landowners on significant matters involving complex development structures and large scale residential schemes.

Candidate Profile
Applicants should be qualified solicitors with at least three years of post qualification experience and strong experience in commercial development or residential development. Housebuilder experience is advantageous, while lawyers seeking to specialise in residential work are also encouraged to apply. This opportunity will suit candidates who combine technical strength with commercial judgement, commitment and a genuine interest in land acquisition.
