Commercial Property Associate | 4+ PQE | Hybrid Working
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Associate to join a growing, Legal 500-recognised London law firm.
You will advise a varied client base, including property investors, developers, high-net-worth individuals, luxury retail brands, and corporate clients, on high-value and complex commercial property matters.
The role includes:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property finance
- Property support on corporate transactions and restructurings
- Asset management

You will manage your own caseload with Partner support, develop long-term client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
What we’re looking for:
A solicitor with at least four years’ PQE in Commercial Property, with strong technical skills and experience gained at a respected City, West End, or leading regional firm. You will be confident managing transactions, commercially minded, and keen to develop your practice within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
