The Firm

Gunnercooke is a Top 75 law firm recognized by more than 80 industry awards. Since launching in 2010, the firm has grown rapidly to over 500 lawyers across 14 offices in the UK, US, Germany, and Austria.

Our model is different. We bring together ambitious, entrepreneurial lawyers who want the freedom to build the practice they have always envisioned, while benefiting from the support and collaboration of a truly exceptional network.

Collaboration sits at the heart of everything we do. We believe the best outcomes are achieved when talented people work together, share ideas, and support one another. That culture has helped establish gunnercooke as one of the most innovative and fastest-growing law firms in the market.

Our purpose is simple: to deliver a positive impact for our clients, provide a better life for our people, and leave a better world than we found it.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor (2–5 PQE) to join one of our growing London-based teams.

Working closely with a highly regarded Senior Associate, you will play a key role in a busy and expanding practice that advises a broad range of commercial property clients, from local businesses and entrepreneurs to national property investors and developers.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply a caseload. We are looking for an individual who enjoys building relationships, takes genuine ownership of their work, and wants to be part of a small team that is growing, hugely ambitious, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

The role offers flexible hybrid working, with attendance at our London office typically required one to two days per week.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
