A leading global law firm is looking to appoint a Real Estate Associate (3+ PQE) to join a growing client-focused delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate lawyer seeking high-quality work, genuine flexibility, and the chance to build deep expertise with a major institutional client.
The Opportunity
You'll act as a dedicated legal resource to a key client, handling a broad range of asset management and investment work within a structured and innovative delivery model. The role offers the opportunity to develop strong client relationships while working alongside an experienced and supportive real estate team.

This position can be primarily home-based, with occasional travel to Leeds for team meetings, training, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a range of transactional real estate and asset management matters.
- Drafting and negotiating leases and ancillary property documentation.
- Managing tenant due diligence enquiries and lease management applications.
- Running your own caseload and overseeing transactions through to completion.
- Building strong relationships with clients and external advisers.
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals.
- Collaborating with wider legal and client account teams to drive consistency and process improvements.

About You
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE in commercial real estate.
- Strong experience handling transactional real estate matters.
- Experience acting for institutional landlords would be advantageous.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing high-volume, fast-paced workloads.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
