Self-Employed Estate Agent Partner

📍 London
💰 Uncapped Earnings | High Fee Levels | Genuine Lead Generation

Most self-employed agency models ask you to build everything yourself.

  • Your own brand.
  • Your own database.
  • Your own marketing.
  • Your own lead generation.

This opportunity is different.

We're partnering with one of London's most established residential property businesses to find ambitious, experienced estate agents who want the earning potential and flexibility of self-employment, whilst benefiting from the support, infrastructure and opportunities typically only available within a successful high street agency.

If you're tired of generating the fees whilst someone else takes the lion's share of the reward, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

What's Different?

Unlike many self-employed models, you'll have access to:

  • A recognised and trusted London property brand with inbound business
  • A substantial database of property owners and applicants
  • A dedicated team generating and booking valuation opportunities
  • Premium marketing support
  • Professional photography, floorplans and portal exposure
  • Industry-leading technology and valuation tools
  • A collaborative network of experienced property professionals

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This means you can focus your time on winning instructions, advising clients and generating revenue, rather than building everything from the ground up.

The Opportunity

This model gives you the freedom to run your own business whilst retaining the backing of an established agency.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your diary, build your client base and grow your earnings, whilst benefiting from the credibility, systems and support that help accelerate success.

The average fee levels significantly outperform many of the newer broker models currently operating in the market, creating substantial earning potential for high-performing agents.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced estate agents who can confidently:

  • Win instructions
  • Conduct valuations
  • Build relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Negotiate effectively
