About The Role
Gold Mark, one of Dubai's leading independent residential brokerages, is expanding its residential consultancy team — and GKR International is recruiting on their behalf. This is an opportunity to relocate to one of the world's most active property markets and build a client base ranging from first-time buyers to international investors.
Gold Mark has built a strong reputation across the Dubailand corridor, specialising in the sale and rental of villas and townhouses in some of Dubai's most sought-after family communities. Typical transactions span three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes, and the company continues to grow both its Secondary Sales and Off Plan divisions.
What You'll Be Doing
A typical week involves:
- Meeting new buyers
- Advising investors
- Winning instructions from homeowners
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Nurturing relationships with past clients who return to buy, sell, or refer others

You Won't Be Doing It Alone — Dedicated Support Functions Are In Place So You Can Focus On Relationships And Closing Deals
- Call Centre: generating opportunities and conversations
- Marketing: driving property exposure and brand visibility
- Administration & Operations: handling documentation and compliance
- Conveyancing: support through to completion
- Management: offering direct access and accountability
- Lead Generation: keeping your pipeline active across channels
Onboarding & Support
New consultants complete a structured 14-day induction covering:
- Dubai market fundamentals
- Developer and project knowledge
- CRM training
- UAE legal and regulatory requirements
- Area familiarisation
- Negotiation skills
- Mentoring from experienced brokers
Followed by ongoing coaching.

To help you settle in, qualifying consultants may receive an advance commission of AED 8,000/month for up to three months (an advance against future earnings, recoverable from commissions per programme terms). Relocation support may also be considered on a discretionary basis as an alternative.
