About This Opportunity

Join Ericsson's EMEA Real Estate Portfolio & Project Management team and lead workplace transformation, office build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across the region. You will deliver modern, sustainable workplaces that support business needs, employee experience, and Ericsson's Real Estate strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end real estate build and fit-out projects across EMEA.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and governance.
  • Translate business requirements into workplace solutions.
  • Drive workplace, wellbeing, sustainability, and HSE objectives within projects.
  • Manage consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project partners.
  • Collaborate with Real Estate, IT, Security, People, Sourcing, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide regular project reporting and stakeholder communication.

The Skills You Bring

  • Proven experience delivering workplace, construction, fit-out, or corporate real estate projects.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, budgeting, risk, and supplier management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working across multicultural and matrix organizations.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience in workplace transformation or corporate real estate environments.
