Opportunity for a Junior Real Estate Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Real Estate solicitor to join a busy and high-performing team, managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters for a diverse range of clients. The role offers strong client exposure, broad technical development, and the chance to work on acquisitions, disposals, development, regeneration, and real estate finance transactions.

The team is known for handling complex transactions while providing excellent opportunities for career development and client exposure.

Description

  • Join a highly regarded Real Estate team with exposure to a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, real estate finance, and corporate support transactions.
  • Gain experience working with a diverse and high-quality client base, including developers, investors, retailers, lenders, renewable energy businesses, and healthcare providers.
  • Enjoy a genuine variety of work, ranging from complex multi-million-pound development and finance transactions to bespoke advisory matters, providing excellent technical and commercial development.
  • Take on a client-facing role from an early stage, building strong relationships and developing your commercial awareness while delivering first-class client service.
  • Benefit from working within a collaborative and high-performing team environment that encourages knowledge sharing, professional development, and career progression.
  • Develop your expertise across both national and cross-border real estate matters, gaining valuable exposure to sophisticated transactions and a wide range of stakeholders.

Profile

  • 0-2 years PQE with experience or a strong interest in commercial real estate.
  • Strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
  • Confident managing their own caseload and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative team player who can prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in development or regeneration work would be advantageous.
