Real Estate (Development) Associate/Senior Associate (3 PQE +) London
A City law firm in London is looking to recruit a mid-level Associate/Senior Associate into its residential development team in 2027.
Joining an established specialist practice you will advise housebuilders (including RPs) and developers (PLCs and SMEs) across the UK.

You will cover the whole development cycle, to include dealing with:
- site assembly and acquisitions/disposals
- funding
- overage provisions
- infrastructure agreements
- JVs
- option/promotional agreements
- planning, among others
The salary range is c. £85,000-£110,000 – both Associate and Senior Associate roles are available.

The law firm in question is interested in speaking with Lawyers from both regional and other City law firms in London.
Criteria
- Be a UK-qualified Solicitor with at least 3 PQE
- Have a background in residential development
