Real Estate Disputes Associate – Milton Keynes
Salary: £60,000-£70,000
Location: Milton Keynes
Experience: NQ–3 PQE

A leading national and international law firm is looking to strengthen its Real Estate Disputes team in Milton Keynes, with an opportunity for an NQ–3 PQE Solicitor to join a highly regarded and well-established practice.
The team works on a broad range of high-quality real estate disputes and advisory work, acting for a varied mix of commercial clients on matters where there is genuine complexity and significant value involved.
The opportunity offers exposure to substantial, high-quality work, alongside an established team with experienced senior lawyers to learn from. You will receive strong support and guidance while having the opportunity to develop your own experience and take on increasing responsibility as your career progresses.
The Role
You will work as part of a collaborative team on a varied caseload, gaining exposure to both contentious and advisory property matters.
Your work is likely to include:
- Handling a range of real estate disputes, with support from senior members of the team where required.
- Advising clients on property-related issues and disputes arising throughout the lifecycle of a development or investment.
- Assisting on larger and more complex matters.
- Taking responsibility for your own files and developing your client-handling skills.
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider real estate practice where matters overlap.
- Having the opportunity to get involved in business development and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

About You
The firm is looking for a Solicitor at NQ–3 PQE with experience or a genuine interest in developing within Real Estate Disputes.
You will have:
- Experience in property litigation, real estate disputes or a related area.
- Good technical and analytical ability.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- A commercial approach to your work.
- The ability to manage your own workload while working effectively within a wider team.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career within a specialist Real Estate Disputes practice.
