Our client is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate Litigation practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside leading specialists on a broad range of complex property disputes, acting for high-profile clients across sectors including retail, leisure, development, investment and the public sector.

Responsibilities
- Advising on a wide range of landlord and tenant disputes
- Assisting with matters involving break notices, lease renewals, dilapidations and forfeiture
- Supporting complex real estate disputes including rights of light, restrictive covenants and land registration issues
- Drafting court documents, correspondence and case strategies
- Conducting legal research and preparing case materials
- Managing elements of your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Liaising directly with clients, counsel and other stakeholders
- Supporting business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Senior Associate with at least 4 years' PQE, with experience in property litigation
- Strong academic credentials and excellent technical ability
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career within Real Estate Litigation
