Role Description
The Real Estate - Expert Commentary role is a contract position. In this role, the expert will provide clear, accurate commentary on real estate topics, including market trends, property types, development practices, and local regulations. Approximately 4 hours per month.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Real Property, with demonstrated practical or professional experience in the field.
- Experience in Real Estate Development, including familiarity with zoning, permitting, and local market dynamics.
- Ability to communicate complex real estate concepts in clear, concise written and verbal form.
- Detail-oriented approach to reviewing documents and data, with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
