We are partnered with a highly respected international law firm seeking to appoint an ambitious Real Estate Finance Solicitor (1-5 years PQE) to join its top tier London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong real estate finance experience to work on high-value, cross-border transactions within a collaborative, global platform.
The Opportunity
You will advise major lenders, financial institutions, private equity funds, alternative debt providers, and real estate investors on a broad range of real estate finance matters. The team handles complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions across a mix of real estate asset classes.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting for banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, and borrowers on real estate finance transactions
- Advising on investment and development finance, refinancing, structured finance, and portfolio transactions
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security packages, and intercreditor arrangements
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex mandates while managing your own matters with appropriate autonomy
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
