A strong opportunity for a Real Estate Finance lawyer to join a highly specialised and well-regarded practice, working on complex borrower and lender transactions at a firm that consistently attracts lawyers from Top 30 international practices for all the right reasons.

The Firm

A Top 200 firm that has built a reputation strong enough to attract lawyers from Top 30 international practices, drawn by better work-life balance, a quality of work that matches or exceeds what they were doing before and a culture that actually lives up to what it promises.

Most partners have been with the firm for over ten years, staff retention is excellent across the board and the environment is collegiate, the leadership is accessible and the firm invests in its lawyers for the long term rather than extracting what it can in the short term.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
