A well-established, property-focused London law firm is looking to hire a newly qualified to 1-year PQE Solicitor into its Real Estate Finance & Banking team.
You’ll get exposure to quality deals, work with a broad range of clients and be in an environment the values learning and development.
You'll work closely with a highly regarded Partner acting for both lenders and borrowers on a range of mid-market deals from start to finish.

You’ll have the wider support of 20 Solicitors, and day to day, be working within a close-knit team of 8 who are genuinely invested in junior development.
The work
You'll act primarily for banks and lenders, with exposure to borrowers including developers, funds and family offices. The team advises on a broad range of financing structures, including:
- Real estate development and investment finance
- Senior, mezzanine, stretched senior and A/B structures
- Bridging finance, whole loan funding and loan-on-loan facilities
- PRS/build-to-rent, hotel, student accommodation and co-living funding
- Loans to high-net-worth individuals on high-value residential acquisitions
- Restructuring, enforcement and inter-creditor arrangements

What you’ll need
- NQ-1 PQE Real Estate Finance & Banking Solicitor.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experience in property finance.
