Our Client is Leading Pensions Insurance Specialist, they are seeking a REF Lawyer to join an existing team
The Role
- Working closely with front office teams to focus on Transactions in Real Estate Financing and a range of Asset financing including structured finance and some capital markets work
- Work on Transactions from initial pitches through to completion

Candidate Profile
- Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years PQE at a law firm or financial institution with experience in Real Estate Financing and or general Asset Financing / Structured Finance
- Strong Transaction management experience
- Deal Management
- Commercial skills
