Role Overview
We are working with a leading US law firm that is looking to make a number of associate hires into a growing transactional finance practice in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a team at a particularly exciting stage of its development. The practice has an established pipeline of high-quality work and a highly regarded partner group, while remaining sufficiently lean for incoming associates to play a meaningful role in its continued growth.
The team advises a broad range of sophisticated financial institutions, funds and investors on complex, high-value financing transactions, with associates gaining exposure to both UK and cross-border matters.
