Real Estate Finance Lawyer - London
Hunter Savage is hiring on behalf of a leading international law firm to appoint a Real Estate Finance Lawyer into its London practice. This is an opportunity to join a market-leading team advising on domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions.
The role offers high-quality work across a range of real estate asset classes, including hotels and leisure, private rented sector, student accommodation, logistics and offices.
The Opportunity
This Real Estate Finance Lawyer position provides a broad practice spanning development finance, hotel finance, Islamic finance, and mezzanine finance. The successful candidate will support major banks, debt funds, insurers, financial institutions, investors, developers, blue-chip property companies, and family offices on complex transactions.

Candidate Profile
Applicants should be qualified lawyers with at least one year of post-qualification experience and relevant real estate finance experience gained at a major law firm. Strong technical knowledge, drafting ability, commercial judgement, and client relationship skills are required, alongside a proactive, organised, and collaborative approach.
