🚨 Hiring: Associate – Real Estate Finance (London) 🚨

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially minded Associate to join a leading Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance team.

This role offers exposure to a broad mix of high-value, complex transactions across:

  • Structured real estate finance
  • Corporate lending
  • Transport and infrastructure projects
  • Energy transition and decarbonisation initiatives
  • Digital infrastructure (including data centres and EV platforms)

You’ll work closely with highly experienced partners, advising lenders, sponsors, funds, and developers on sophisticated, market-leading deals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation
  • Managing transaction processes from start to finish
  • Supporting development and structured finance deals
  • Working across infrastructure sectors including energy, transport, and digital
  • Engaging directly with clients and contributing to business development

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in real estate finance, banking & finance, or infrastructure finance
  • Strong technical drafting and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware mindset
