Our Client
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate Finance team in London.
The Role
The team advise on finance aspects of complex real estate transactions, acting for a diverse range of clients including major banks, debt funds, insurers, investors, developers, property companies and family offices. The team are well known for their expertise across all real estate asset classes, with mandates spanning development finance, hotel finance, Islamic finance and mezzanine finance, covering sectors such as hotels and leisure, PRS, student accommodation, logistics and offices.
The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers across the team and will gain exposure to both domestic and cross-border matters. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a thriving practice while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages associates to play an active role in business development and client engagement.

Requirements
-
The ideal candidate will have between 4 and 6 years' PQE in real estate finance, gained within a reputable UK or international law firm.

Strong technical expertise in finance transactions, excellent drafting skills, and a commercial, client-focused approach will be essential.

A team-oriented mindset, enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines will also be key.
