Real Estate Finance Paralegal

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Paralegal to join the Real Estate Finance team of a prestigious international law firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive candidate with strong attention to detail and an interest in transactional real estate and finance work.

The Role:

The successful candidate will provide transactional and administrative support across a range of real estate finance matters, including:

  • Supporting transactions from kick-off through to closing and post-closing.
  • Preparing, reviewing and managing transaction documentation.
  • Assisting with due diligence and transaction conditions.
  • Coordinating document execution and maintaining transaction checklists.
  • Liaising with clients, banks, external counsel and other advisers.
  • Preparing closing sets and maintaining transaction records.
  • Conducting company and legal searches and supporting virtual data rooms.
  • Providing general paralegal and administrative support to the wider team.

About you:

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • A strong academic background, including a Law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Previous REF and/or finance experience.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
