Real Estate Finance/Secured Lending Solicitor (0-1 PQE) London
A West End law firm in London are actively looking to recruit an NQ to join its real estate finance team.
Focused on the mid-market you will work in a large, busy and established REF practice that focuses on the property side/element of real estate finance.

Your caseload will include:
- Secured lending
- Bridging finance
- Development/investment finance
- BTL transactions
- Among others
The salary is c. £55,000-£60,000.
Criteria
- Be either a Trainee Solicitor or newly qualified Solicitor with previous experience in secured lending/property finance.
- NZ/AUS qualified Lawyers may be considered. However, you must have permanent rights to work/live in the UK (Youth Mobility Visa N/A).
