We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join the highly regarded Real Estate Finance team of a Legal 500 ranked law firm, based in central London.

As a senior member of this close-knit and proactive team, you will handle high-quality, lender-side work and have genuine partnership potential. You will take on a significant level of responsibility from the outset and work on complex transactions for banks, bridging lenders, and other financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting for a range of lending institutions, including banks, private equity houses, and family offices.
  • Advising on a variety of financing arrangements including term loans, bridging loans, development finance, revolving credit facilities, overdrafts, and private/family mortgages.
  • Preparing and negotiating finance documentation such as facility agreements, debentures, legal charges, charges over shares, deeds of priority, and intercreditor deeds.
  • Conducting and supervising title due diligence and risk analysis across retail, industrial, leisure, and other commercial property sectors.
  • Reviewing and advising on existing loan documentation and responding to waiver, amendment, and consent requests.
  • Negotiating the terms of relevant construction documents, including collateral warranties, for development finance matters.
  • Working collaboratively with the real estate, corporate, and construction teams to ensure seamless client service and commercially focused advice.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the Real Estate Finance practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
