Real Estate Finance Associate (2–7 PQE) | London | Elite US Law Firm
We are working with a leading US law firm in London looking to hire a Real Estate Finance Associate (2–7 PQE) into a high-performing and growing team.
This is a standout opportunity to join a genuinely expanding practice, where the hire forms part of a strategic growth plan rather than a replacement. The team is lean, partner-led, and offers early responsibility, strong visibility, and clear progression prospects.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of high-value, cross-border real estate finance transactions, acting for borrowers, lenders, and institutional investors across a variety of asset classes. The practice is well-integrated internationally, working closely with US and European colleagues, offering exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
