Real Estate Investment Specialist (2–6 Years' Experience) - Self Storage - London based position

The company provides a broad range of strategic and operational services to businesses, investors and new entrants within the sector, supporting clients across areas including operations, commercial strategy, sales, marketing and financial performance.

With extensive industry experience and a practical, hands-on approach, the business works closely with its clients to improve operational performance, identify growth opportunities and maximise returns.

The company has built a strong reputation within its specialist market and works with a diverse range of clients across the UK and Europe.

The Position:

The firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate Investment Specialist to support the team dedicated to their new self-storage platform.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analysing transaction and performing the underwriting and structuring of transactions.
  • Perform financial modeling, conduct research, and managing the due diligence.
  • Participate in sourcing investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the business leadership to execute the strategy and manage the pipeline for the UK.
  • Oversee post-transaction management of investments, including developing asset management strategies, assisting with investment/divestment decisions, managing financing, and working closely with external consultants, joint venture partners, operating partners, and property managers.

Background and Experience:

  • Real Estate Professional with at least 3 years’ experience.
  • Strong financial modelling, analysis and research skills.
  • Strong academic credentials from a leading, internationally regarded university.
  • Fluent verbal and written English.
  • Highly IT literate.
