2027 Summer Internship – Real Estate Investments
Location: London – minimum two days per week in the office
Dates: End of June to end of August 2027
Contract: Full-time summer internship
About the opportunity
Interested in how real estate investment decisions are made? Join a leading global asset management firm for a summer internship offering practical experience across real estate investments.
Based within its London real estate team, you’ll gain exposure to portfolio management, asset management, transactions, and research. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to live projects, and explore how economic trends, market conditions, and sustainability influence investment decisions.
The programme includes individual projects, speaker sessions, and networking opportunities, with support from mentors and managers throughout. Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the firm’s graduate programme the following year.
What you’ll be doing
- Gaining experience across multiple real estate functions, including portfolio management, asset management, transactions, and research.
- Supporting the transactions team with market analysis and the assessment of live real estate investment opportunities.
- Researching real estate trends to inform investment strategy, respond to market developments, and support client requests.
- Helping the asset management team engage with existing and prospective occupiers and support the day-to-day operation of property assets.
- Preparing analysis, reports, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Who we’re looking for
You’ll need to:
- Be currently enrolled on a bachelor’s or master’s degree and on track to graduate in 2028, by 1 July.
- Be available to work full-time from the end of June to the end of August 2027, including at least two days per week in the London office.
- Have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme. Students on a student visa are welcome, provided their visa permits them to work the required full-time hours throughout the internship.
- Have less than 12 months of relevant full-time work experience, excluding internships.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in real estate investment and global property trends.
- Have an understanding of how economic conditions and capital markets influence real estate.
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Excel. Statistical modelling experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Be able to work independently and collaborate with colleagues across different teams.
