Real Estate Lawyer (10+ PQE) | Consultant Partner
You've spent years building client relationships. Shouldn't you keep more of the value you create?
Many experienced Real Estate lawyers develop strong client and referrer networks over many years.
At Mezzle, we believe those relationships should work harder for you.
At Mezzle, experienced Commercial Real Estate Lawyers can retain up to 70% to 80% of their billings, whilst benefiting from the infrastructure, compliance support, technology, and resources of an established SRA-regulated law firm.
To earn £100,000-£150,000, lawyers at Mezzle typically only need to bill £143,000-£214,000 through our 70% fee-share model, compared to the £300,000-£450,000 often required in a traditional law firm.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
