Commercial Property Lawyer Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Property lawyer to join the highly regarded London Real Estate team of a leading global firm. The team is looking to recruit a Real Estate Associate with 2–5 years’ PQE.
About the Role
The team advises on a wide range of sophisticated real estate transactions and projects, acting for international businesses, institutional investors, funds, developers and occupiers.
The practice handles matters ranging from individual asset transactions to large-scale portfolio work, cross-border mandates and significant regeneration and development projects. The team works across a broad spectrum of asset classes, including offices, logistics, retail, residential investment, hotels and leisure, infrastructure and energy-related developments.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a varied mix of investment, development, occupational and financing matters, working as part of a team with strong domestic and international experience. The practice also supports clients on broader issues affecting their real estate interests, including sustainability, technology, data and changes in the legal and regulatory landscape.

Requirements
- Qualified in England & Wales
- 2-5 years’ PQE gained at a leading commercial property practice.
- Experience working on high-profile and high-value commercial real estate transactions
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
