Real Estate Lawyer
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join the legal team of a leading logistics real estate investment business on an interim basis.
The business invests in, develops and operates logistics and industrial real estate across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
This is a broad role suited to a mid-to-senior level real estate lawyer who is comfortable advising across both the asset management and investment sides of the real estate lifecycle.
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in the London office
Duration: 3–6 months
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Interim / Contract
Key Responsibilities
You will advise on a broad range of real estate matters, including:
- Commercial property leasing, lease renewals and re-gears
- Ongoing asset management matters across a logistics/industrial property portfolio
- Real estate acquisitions and disposals
- Property due diligence and transaction documentation
- Joint ventures and other real estate investment structures
- Indirect disposals and share transactions involving property-owning entities
- Real estate-related corporate/M&A transactions
- Supporting the business on general legal matters relating to its property investments and portfolio

About You
We are looking for a mid-to-senior Real Estate Lawyer with broad commercial property experience.
You should ideally have:
- Strong experience in commercial real estate / property law
- Experience advising on both asset-level matters and real estate investment transactions
- Experience with acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Strong landlord & tenant experience, including leasing and re-gears
- Ideally, exposure to JVs, indirect property transactions and/or real estate-focused M&A
- Experience working with real estate investors, funds, developers or asset managers would be advantageous
- The ability to work independently and provide commercially focused advice in a fast-paced environment
