Position Overview
The Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice to a diverse client base, ranging from FTSE 100 companies to private individuals, on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise on site acquisitions, disposals, and property management
- Handle real estate finance transactions for banks and investors
- Negotiate and draft leases, development agreements, and funding agreements
- Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with colleagues across the group to provide comprehensive solutions

Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial real estate law
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters and lease extensions
- Experience advising landowners, developers, and local authorities on development schemes
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and client service
