Our client, a successful legal and professional services group, is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the group's continued growth and success.

Position Overview
The Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice to a diverse client base, ranging from FTSE 100 companies to private individuals, on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise on site acquisitions, disposals, and property management
- Handle real estate finance transactions for banks and investors
- Negotiate and draft leases, development agreements, and funding agreements
- Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with colleagues across the group to provide comprehensive solutions

Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial real estate law
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters and lease extensions
- Experience advising landowners, developers, and local authorities on development schemes
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and client service
