About the team
Freeths’ highly rated and award-winning Real Estate team comprises over 150 lawyers operating across 12 UK locations. The team advises on the full spectrum of commercial real estate matters, with particular strength in investment acquisitions and disposals, asset management, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management and strategic real estate transactions.
Acting for a broad range of investors, pension funds, corporate occupiers, developers, and public sector organisations, the team advises on complex and high-value property transactions across the UK. The practice has extensive experience supporting clients with the acquisition, management, and disposal of investment assets, as well as advising on large-scale property portfolios and strategic occupier requirements. The team is recognised for providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice and becoming a trusted extension of clients' in-house legal and property teams.

About the role
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Legal Director with 9 years+ PQE and strong commercial real estate experience and a particular interest in investment and traditional real estate work.

The role will involve advising clients on a broad range of matters, including investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions, asset management, portfolio acquisitions, refinancing projects, and general commercial property matters.
