Job Title: Real Estate Legal PA
Location: Liverpool Street, Central London
Salary: Up to £53,000
Hybrid: 3 office, 2 home
Leading US law firm are looking for an experienced legal PA to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a small group of lawyers. The role will primarily support the Real Estate team, while also providing assistance to the wider London team as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and coordinating meetings, including diary management, room bookings and related arrangements.
- Preparing relevant forms, which may include Land Registry, Employment Tribunal and Companies House forms, depending on departmental requirements.
- Assisting with value-added client tasks, such as collating bundles and recording time in Intapp where appropriate.
- Maintaining lawyers’ schedules and calendars
- Preparing, managing and proofreading correspondence and legal documents.
- Preparing and processing standard legal documents, including contracts, pleadings and other matter-related documents.
- Arranging domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transfers and related logistics, and preparing detailed itineraries and briefing information.

It is essential that you have a background as a legal secretary / legal PA, ideally in commercial real estate but they will also consider experienced legal secretaries coming from other areas of law. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
