The Role

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join one of London's leading specialist Property Litigation teams. You will advise an impressive client base, including major property companies, developers, investors, corporate occupiers, and high-net-worth individuals, on a broad range of complex real estate disputes.

  • Manage a varied caseload covering commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, development issues, rights of light, dilapidations, possession claims, professional negligence, insolvency, construction disputes, and Telecommunications Code matters.
  • Take responsibility for high-value, strategically significant cases.
  • Benefit from the support and mentoring of recognised specialists.
  • Enjoy excellent advocacy opportunities, exposure to mediation, arbitration, and other forms of dispute resolution.
  • Be actively involved in business development and client relationship management.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with between 2-5 years PQE and strong experience in real estate litigation gained within a respected property disputes practice. You will possess excellent technical knowledge, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and the confidence to advise on complex commercial property disputes. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound commercial judgement, exceptional client care skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with a sophisticated client base. You will be proactive, organised, and driven, with excellent communication skills and a genuine ambition to develop your career within a market-leading litigation team.
