Role: Real Estate Manager (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $40 - $65/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Commercial Real Estate Manager to work on a contract basis. The role involves overseeing client portfolios to identify and secure new leasing opportunities. Responsibilities include client engagement and executing real estate strategies for commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client portfolios by identifying and securing new leasing opportunities.
- Develop and execute real estate strategies tailored to client needs and market conditions.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align real estate solutions with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and provide data-driven insights to optimize portfolio performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or property management.
- Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities in real estate.
