Senior Associate / Managing Associate 4+ PQE

Location: Bristol | Hybrid & flexible working
Salary: £70,000 +

The role offers the opportunity to work on a varied caseload of high-quality real estate matters, gain exposure to specialist sectors and collaborate closely with experienced Partners in a supportive and growing team with constant opportunity to progress.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development work, while gaining exposure to specialist sectors such as telecoms, transport and logistics, clean energy and sustainability.
  • Lead transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial property agreements.
  • Support clients involved in strategic development projects.
  • The role will involve handling high-value and complex transactions for both national and regional clients, working closely with Partners and colleagues across the firm.
  • Take responsibility for managing your own matters and developing strong client relationships, while also getting involved in business development and helping to support the continued growth of the Bristol team.
  • Depending on your level of experience, there may also be opportunities to supervise and mentor junior lawyers.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years post qualified as a Solicitor (England & Wales), ideally within commercial real estate.
  • Strong Commercial Real Estate experience gained within a reputable firm.
  • Confident in managing a varied caseload of complex, high-value transactions.
  • Ideally has experience with telecoms code agreements or telecoms-related property work. Though this is not essential.
  • Someone that is interested and motivated by business development and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
  • We’re looking for someone that is personable, self-motivated and able to work well as part of an entrepreneurial and growing team.
