Role Description

As a Real Estate Negotiator at Ridgeview Estates, you will occupy a pivotal position within our transaction lifecycle, guiding clients with polish and precision from first enquiry through to successful completion. This full-time remote role encompasses:

  • Bespoke client consultations
  • Meticulous property research
  • The preparation of compelling listings
  • The seamless coordination of viewings and virtual tours

  • Negotiating offers with tact and acumen
  • Drafting and reviewing documentation with rigour
  • Serving as a trusted liaison between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to secure the most advantageous outcomes for all parties

The role further demands:

  • The maintenance of impeccable records
  • A keen awareness of local market movements and regulatory developments
  • Close collaboration with colleagues to ensure every transaction proceeds with the utmost smoothness

Proactive prospecting, diligent lead follow-up, and the cultivation of enduring client relationships will be central to your success in driving sales and lettings performance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience within estate agency or real estate negotiation, with a sound working knowledge of the sales and lettings process
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the polish to present information with clarity, negotiate with confidence, and inspire trust across a diverse clientele
  • A genuine commitment to client care, characterised by responsiveness, resourceful problem-solving, and an unfailingly positive client experience
  • Proven sales acumen, including lead generation, pipeline management, and the confident closing of deals within a target-driven environment
  • Ease with remote working practices and fluency with digital tools for virtual meetings, property marketing, and document management
  • The discernment to interpret market data, a firm grasp of local regulatory frameworks, and sound ethical judgement in every negotiation
  • Exemplary organisational skills, with the capacity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and properties while prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines
  • Relevant certification or licensing in real estate/estate agency (where locally required) is desirable
  • Prior exposure to residential or commercial property markets would be considered advantageous
