Role: Real Estate Paralegal
Location: London
Proper Recruitment are working with a well-established law firm in The City who are looking for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their busy, diverse and proactive team in London. You'll support an experienced fee-earner on high-quality work, with good prospects for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- File opening and AML compliance
- Supporting exchange formalities, completion and post-completion tasks
- Preparing reports on title, mortgages and searches (with supervision)
- Raising and reviewing enquiries on title, contract packs, searches and surveys
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Drafting financial statements and invoices

Requirements:
- Previous conveyancing support experience in a legal environment
- Relevant legal qualifications preferred 2:1 or 1st class Honours.
- Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Confident working to timescales, commercially aware, good interpersonal skills

Salary:
Up to ÂŁ32,000
