Paralegal | In-House Legal Team

I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity with a growing renewable energy business based in Central London.
They're looking for a Paralegal to join their lean, highly regarded in-house legal team and support a significant portfolio of energy infrastructure projects across the UK. The role has a strong real estate focus, working closely with lawyers on a high volume of lease matters and playing a key role in managing transactions from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a large portfolio of property and lease matters
- Reviewing titles and supporting lease transactions
- Handling legal documentation and redlining
- Coordinating completions and maintaining legal files
- Providing wider support across areas such as company secretarial and insurance matters
What They're Looking For
- Around 2+ years' paralegal experience
- Strong organisational and file management skills
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- Experience with leases, property transactions, or title reviews would be particularly attractive
- Ambitious individuals keen to develop their in-house career will be well suited to the role
